Renters will also need a guarantor to pay rent. Pricing may be flexible if renter helps with maintenance. King bedroom with ensuite bathroom is reserved for owners occasional use. If renter likes cooking and wants to prepare simple meals for owner then the discount will be good for the renter. If renter wants the King bedroom with the ensuite bathroom with a 2-person soaker tub it's $180 per month more, then landlord will reserve a Queen room for his occasional use.
