FINETOOTH TRADE LTD is looking for a Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians(NOC 22301) Duties and Responsibilities as a Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians(NOC 22301) ,but not limited - Develop conventional and CAD-based engineering designs specifically tailored for FINETOOTH's unique line of cabinets and kitchen systems. These include drawings of hinges, handles, and the mechanical structures that give cabinets their signature functionality. - Considering the company’s partnerships with suppliers. Prepare project schedules that align with production cycles, ensuring timely delivery for clients. - Execute performance tests on cabinet components like slides, pull-out systems, and soft-close hinges to ensure they can withstand daily wear and tear. This includes strength testing and assessing their response to various stress conditions to maintain FINETOOTH's reputation for durable cabinets. - Engineer moulds, tools, and jigs explicitly for FINETOOTH's manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration into their production line and maximizing efficiency. - Oversee and examine the mechanical installations of cabinets at client sites, ensuring they meet the company's exacting standards for fit and finish. - Lead teams during on-site installations, monitoring the proper mechanical fitting of cabinets and ensuring projects stay within the stipulated timeline. Also, provide guidance during any unforeseen challenges during the construction phase. - Perform detailed mechanical tests on new materials or components being considered for integration into FINETOOTH's product line, ensuring they match the company’s premium quality standards. - Actively engage in the installation process, ensuring each piece fits perfectly. Additionally, participate in the repair and maintenance of machinery within manufacturing facility, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent product output.
