Position: CLASS 3 DRIVER Responsibilities: * Dependable work attendance with extended working hours. * Conduct pre-operational checks on trucks/equipment * Fuel, lubricate, clean and maintain truck/equipment * Assist in maintaining an accurate paper and computerized maintenance schedule * Must be safety oriented and exhibit safe work habits * Use proper two-way radio etiquette * Fill out all necessary paperwork accurately, neatly and completely * Attend and actively contribute to safety meetings and the OH&S committee * Perform miscellaneous activities throughout the day, as directed * Good attitude, common sense, the ability to follow directions, hard work and dependability are extremely importantRequirements: * Minimum 2 years of Gravel hauling experience is A MUST * We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and a criminal record check may be necessary * Maintain a valid Class 3 Driver’s license, Must provide drivers abstract and be insurable. * Provide a resume with at least two references.Rewards: * Competitive wages based on experience (by the hour or percentage based) * Lots of hours, fully operational with the adherence of COVID - 19 Management Plan measures.Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 14 per week 12 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as neededSupplemental pay types: * Overtime payWork Location: On the road Send resumes to: tblltd@telus.net .
