ALLZ SERVICES LTD. is seeking dynamic Garage Door Installers to join our expanding team! Service area and job location: Calgary Metropolitan Region, AB Job type: Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent Compensation: $29.50 per hour Responsibilities: • Read instructions or work order specifications to determine installation procedures; • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations; • Install, replace, repair and service different types of garage doors including mechanical doors, automatic sliding doors, remote-controlled doors, rolling shutters etc.; • Assemble and test mechanical components to ensure proper functionality; • Inspect garage doors, openers and related components, diagnose problems, and replace or repair worn or broken garage door parts; • Order and maintain inventory of replacement parts such as springs, sections, or slats, etc.; • Work with hand and power tools, ladders and lift equipment; • Professionally represent company while developing and maintaining customer relationships. Minimum requirements: • Several months to 1 year of relevant experience in installation, repair, or servicing; • Customer-service oriented; • Proficient in English; • Completion of secondary school.
