Cleaning a Short-term rental

I have a vacation rental that is short term and I am looking for a cleaner for this condo. Near Burdett and Douglas. I live in Ottawa, Ontario and manage it from afar. I normally come out to purchase the shampoo, crème rinse, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc. 1x/year. If I happen to run out the cleaners normally will pick some up for me. The condo needs to be cleaned quite well in order to not receive reviews that reflect poorly for the cleanliness. If something is broken by a guest or needs repair you would let me know as well. If I have to order something for delivery, would you mind it coming to where you live and then take it to the condo? Do you use your own cleaning supplies, or do I supply them? The condo is supposed to be scent free, are you able to use scent free products? How much do you charge/hour? Thank you in advance for considering this position.
