ADD for Winter 2021 I am a graduate student in chemistry at U of C traveling for personal reasons during the winter, I really like this apartment and for that reason I am looking for a responsible tenant to sublease it while I am away. This is a one bedroom/one bathroom suite that is on the second floor with a south facing balcony. Appliances include fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher. There is laminate, tile flooring in the bathroom and a carpet in the bedroom. There is also a storage room in the suite. The suite can be rented with a king size bed, a couch and a desk. There is also varied cookware. The monthly rent is $900 and the security deposit for this sublease is $900 (negotiable). There is laundry on-site and I provide you with the smart card, rent includes heat and water. Wifi is $74 monthly. Outside parking stall with plugin available for $65 a month. Just next to 15 Ave and 8 St SW, this place is at walking distance to shops like Canadian Tire, Urban Fare, Safeway, several restaurants, and bus stops.
