$1,500 · ISO 1-Bedroom Apartment for January

Hi there, My name is Tim and I am a 32-year-old mature student returning to school at the University of Victoria from January onwards. I am seeking a quiet 1-bedroom apartment or suite in the Victoria area (closer to UVic the better) for January 1, 2023. Furnished / unfurnished doesn't really matter. My budget is ~$1,000 - $1,500, preferably with utilities included if it is in the higher end of that range. I have been gainfully employed as a wildfire fighter with the British Columbia Wildfire Service for the past 6 years and now I am focusing on completing a computer science degree at UVic. Looking for accommodation from January - September and possibly longer. Open to either month-to-month or a longer lease. I am quiet, respectful, no smoking / drugs, no partying, no pets, etc. I do have one vehicle so a small parking space would be wonderful if possible.
