I am subleasing my 2 bedroom apartment   starting March 1st. My one year contract has one month left. I have also paid the deposit and I am not asking for refund just take over the one month left on my contract and pay your rent for March in advance directly to the building management. The monthly rent is 1100 dollars including water and heating. Electricity is on the tenant.
