Responsible, Quiet 30's Gentleman Moving to Calgary on March 24th

Hi there! I will be arriving in Calgary on March 24th from Victoria. I am in my 30's and originally from the West Kootenays. I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or bachelor suite or a new roommate/roommates who are respectful, clean, quiet and responsible. I'm a technical blockchain writer and blockchain expert and will also be getting another part-time job when I arrive. I have savings and always pay my rent on time. I don't smoke cigarettes and cannot live with smokers, I don't party and rarely drink as my main focus is on working lots, saving money and living a healthy lifestyle. I am into theatre, the gym, eating healthy, being outside as much as possible and networking with entrepreneurs. I love to learn new things, I am positive and value connecting with good people; I'm very hard working, easygoing, intelligent and a great communicator. I am looking for a place long-term and have lived in the city before. I'm have a gentlemanly manner and I'm well spoken and intelligent. I'm well traveled and have been to Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal and 2 or 3 other countries in Europe as well as Australia, China, Mexico and Taiwan. Ideally, my budget is around $1000 to $1100 per month for my own place or $700 to $900 for a room in a clean, quiet and easygoing neighbourhood close to the city center.
