Brandt is currently seeking a Corporate Account Manager for our Calgary location. This position will be responsible for developing and growing our business with a select group of large accounts. The Corporate Account Manager is also responsible for working closely with our branch locations to develop and execute support plans for these accounts in each local market. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with customer's Key decision makers and Senior leadership Responsible for the sale of new and used Equipment to a select group of strategic customers Responsible for creating and implementing action plans with the branches to drive increased sales and product support opportunities Mentoring and Coaching the sales force in day to day activities and assisting with accounts receivables Work closely with John Deere and our other suppliers to develop strategies to increase sales Attend conventions and customer events when required Organize and ensure the submission of any lost sale information in a timely manner Report on market trends and opportunities Work with accounts to create forecasts for equipment needs Travel may be required. Required Skills: Post-Secondary diploma or degree 10-20 Years of proven sales experience Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on the sales process. Knowledge of the Construction, Pipeline and Aggregate businesses Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles. Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability. Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills. Maintains a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
