Naturally, you are creative and enjoy inventing new plates, but you can balance that with cost-effectiveness. Tre Fantastico is a bistro-bar with an array of espresso, ale, and wine. The food menu focuses on thoughtful, locally-driven cooking, with fresh ingredients from nearby. At Fantastico, we are committed to quality, in all of our product offerings, and making a positive impacting our neighboring community. You will: -Work closely with location manager and kitchen team to execute and develop seasonal menu items -Oversee and report equipment upkeep and maintenance - Maintain integrity, honesty and a calm demeanor -Coach, lead and offer feedback to team members -Ensure compliance of all HACCP -Complete monthly inventory, maintaining current costs - Prepare and publish kitchen staff schedules -Maintain quality and consistency of food served -Prepare weekly invoices for administration -Communicate potential opportunities to management You have: -Strong planning and analytical skills - A passion for food - Excellent communication -Can work independently and are self-motivated -A clear understanding of an operationally efficient kitchen -Able to multi-task and prioritize -Minimum 3-5 years of kitchen experience -Level 1 and 2 Food Safe We Offer: Starting wage of $20-$23/hr based on experience Extended medical and dental benefits Tip pool Great rate at hotel gym and pool Positive, creative and healthy work environment Free coffee at all 3 locations!
