I bought this machine for sleep apnea recently but never used it as I went with my Docs first suggestion of quitting ciggs first to see if it would work and it did. I no longer wake myself up from snoring. This machine has less than 6 hours of use and would be basically brand new. I also bought an upgraded hose that heats the humid air for an extra few hundred dollars. This unit also comes with additional 2 face masks. Nasal pillow type and full type.
