Vivian Walker (1903-1972) : She is a Listed Canadian Artist, who studied Art at Sir Williams College of Art, Montreal, Quebec. She had several successful Exhibitions between 1943 and 1962. She had 4 paintings at the Canadian Exhibition in Washington D.C. in 1954. Which were very well received with positive accounts in the press. She was Honorary Treasurer of the Woman?s Art Society of Montreal.
She was very involved with the Woman?s movement in Montreal, and later became Honorary Treasurer of the Woman?s Art Society of Montreal in the 20?s because She was involved in the Art world when only ?Men? were supposed to become Artists!!!.
She had several successful Exhibitions between 1943 and 1962. She had 4 paintings at the Canadian Exhibition in Washington D.C. in 1954.
All was very well received with positive write ups about her, in all Newspaper articles.
She was not a mass producer of Her Art works, and it is therefore rare to find Her Paintings on the Market these days. Estate sale w 30 days of authenticity. All reasonable offers wil be presented
