NoWe have a beautiful home in La Quinta, California, which is a suburb of Palm Springs. Due to a last minute cancellation, our home is available to rent for December 2016 and January 2017 right through until February 6th, 2017. We are only asking for $3500USD, which equates to less than $113USD per night. Our home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Our home has a private pool & spa in the front yard with majestic views of the mountains and a putting green in the backyard.
Weekly rate is $1500USD
Nightly rate is $225USD
Cleaning fee on Checkout $250USD
AC fee $150USD per week (May-October)
Heat the Pool fee $150USD per week (Nov-March)
If you rent for the month, no extra fees except for the cleaning fee on checkout as that is an out of pocket expense.
I am willing to negotiate on monthly rentals only.
