Conditions of Tender:
No conditional tenders will be accepted and the highest, or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Offers must exclude G.S.T. or any other levies which shall be payable by the purchaser.
Interested parties must rely on their own research and inspection of the property to determine number of acres, value and condition. Yard site does have power and well.
All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
An offer must be in writing and clearly state land description and total offer, and accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to "Grayson & Company in Trust" for 10% of the offered price as a deposit; and placed in a sealed envelope marked "Jaremicki Tender" which must be received by 4:00 pm Monday, April 10, 2017.
Bidders are reminded to include contact phone number and complete address.
Deposit cheques accompanying unaccepted bids will be returned by mail.
Successful bidders will be asked to enter into a formal Purchase Agreement covering the terms and conditions of sale. The 10% deposit shall constitute a deposit towards the purchase price.
The successful bidder will have until May 10, 2017 to provide the balance of cash to complete the purchase. The deposit shall be retained by the vendor as liquidated damages if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required timeline.
