We produce and publish leading textbooks and companion resource materials in print and electronic formats for the health care and nursing industry, with a focus on hospice palliative care. We are seeking an administrative assistant who is very comfortable with technology, has experience in an administrative role, and is proficient in developing long-term, positive relationships with customers.

Background in nursing, health care and/or hospice palliative care is an asset but not a requirement.
Technology Experience Skills Required:
Google Drive (docs, sheets, forms, etc.)
SAGE 50 (Simply Accounting)
Cloud Based Project Management system (Basecamp)
Job Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service - including sales order processing
Marketing tasks (traditional and online)
Maintaining accurate information in our CRM
Keeping clients organized
Travel planning (for conference attendance)
Promoting education materials in both print and digital technology formats
Virtual and/or telephone meetings with college and university professors and administrators ;
Applicants will work from home office but must be able to work Monday through Friday weekly, 8:30am -- 12:30pm initially. Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with skills and experience.
