2007 Athens with 2 room loft. The loft consists of 2 equal size rooms headroom max is 59 inches, which means you must stoop but I'm 6 ft tall and can sit comfortably in a office chair with at least 4 inches of room over head. There is a queen size inflatable bed in the backroom and a computer desk in the front room there are dressers in both rooms. The outside is finished in hardiboard (cement board), heavily insulated, with all thermopane windows. Cabinet facings are in oak wood not press board It will be sold as a turnkey unit. The bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed, built in end tables, closets & drawers. The unit has a large bathroom with a tub shower. Kitchen has a full size self cleaning convection oven gas range, household style not RV. Over stove microwave. Fridge is approx.18 cu ft. with cold water dispenser. Apartment size dishwasher, Duncan fyfe table. Propane forced air heater & a window evaporative cooler. Lazyboy dual recliner sofa, nesting tables, 32 inch smart TV, blueray player, cable modem, and various chairs.
Out side there is a 8 x 10 shed finished in hardiboard with a 20 cu ft fridge. We have 3 fruit trees, blood orange, lemon (heavy producer), & white grapefruit. There is a large BBQ, a propane smoker, also an outdoor 5 cu ft freezer.
The park is a cooperative with 79 shares low yearly dues covers, land taxes, cable and all regular expenses. Owners maintain their own site and pay the park for their electrical use (around $350) a year and of course if you have land line you pay for it. You must insure your unit and there is a low DMV licence fee. You may have 1 pet and one person must be 55 or older. The park has a hot well spring with a pool (91 degrees) and 2 walk in spas (100 & 104 degrees). A laundry facility, 50 cent to wash, 25 cents to dry (very reasonable). Shuffleboard, and of course a clubhouse with lots of activities.
