Its a brand new Futon. It was bought as a house warming gift but never used at all. Its a couple years old, and he decided to get rid of it to make space.
Its in very very good condition, there are a few very small blemishes from moving it, but thats it. Wood is in excellent condition with no splitting. Fabric is like new as well. Obviously it folds to convert from a sofa to a twin bed.
As you can tell it has a dark blue stain to the wood. Dont know if its Birch, Pine or Spruce, but its very well constructed.
Priced to sell quick at only $100. Brand new it was around $300.
