Parking for 2 vehicles is available.
The location of this house is central to everything. Situated near the end of a quiet, dead end street, the house is between Elk and Beaver Lakes to the west and Cordova Bay beaches to the east. Just a short walk will take you to Mattick's Farm for groceries or golf, or to the Lochside Trail for hikig or biking. We are just 15 minutes from the airport, UVic and downtown.
The rent includes all utilities, cable and phone. We ask you to feed the cats (outside), water the plants, and just enjoy our cosy home. The house is not suitable for children, other pets or smokers.
